This product is an original licensed product with 1 year free warranty for replacement service and is subject to terms and conditions.  

With the original valid sales invoice, users can refer to the after-sales policy in the event of non-human damage.

Please contact us  with a photo of the defects within 7 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable) and we will arrange a replacement of the same product for you right away after verifying the quality issue.

Snow Bear’s after-sales service commitment is to provide after-sales services in strict accordance with the relevant local laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The service content is as follows:

-Within 7 days from the time you sign for the goods, if the goods you receive are defective or have abnormal problems, they can be exchanged after being inspected and confirmed by the Snow Bear after-sales repair center.

Attention: Customers may bring the product and original receipt to the office for exchange. Alternatively, customers who want to deliver the product by the third party are responsible for all the shipping fee involved for returning items. The risk of the goods delivery is taken by the customer until the goods is well received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
